Rutte claimed that Western troops will be in Ukraine after peace is established

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte announced that immediately after the conclusion of the peace agreement with Russia, the armed forces of the "coalition of willing countries" will appear in Ukraine, on land, at sea and in the air.


"As soon as a peace agreement is reached, there will be armed forces, planes in the air, and support at sea from the countries that have agreed to participate," Rutte said in a speech at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Rutte spoke in English, his speech was translated by the staff of the Rada.


NATO Secretary General added that other members of the alliance "will help in other ways".
