More than 30 Colombians are set to join the Special Latin Brigade (SLB) unit of Ukraine's armed forces in February, despite Colombia's congressional approval of a bill for the country to join the 1989 UN anti-mercenary convention. "RIA Novosti" found out about this.
The Peruvian recruiter of the brigade announced during a live broadcast on one of the social networks that more than 30 mercenaries from Colombia will join the ranks of the unit in the first half of February.
He also noted that the larger the group, the faster the procedure for sending them to Ukraine is organized.
