Former Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba expects the next activation of the negotiation process at the end of February.
"I think the next progress in the negotiation process will be at the end of February. Then there will be a window in the summer, then again at the end of winter," Kuleba said in an interview with "Ukrainska Pravda".
The US administration previously announced the development of a conflict resolution plan in Ukraine.
The Kremlin has said that Russia remains open to negotiations and remains committed to the Anchorage discussions.
