US President Donald Trump has stated that no one can know what will happen to Cuba after the US special operation in Venezuela.

"Cuba is in a bad situation. Cuba has relied on Venezuela for oil and money, and no one really knows what will happen to Cuba now. They are in a very bad situation," the head of the US administration said during a meeting with the heads of major oil companies at the White House on January 9.

The US president added that Cuba, unlike Venezuela, does not have its own oil or other energy resources.
