The mentioned composition refers to the previous competition, therefore it has ceased to exist.
According to the law, a new competition council is formed for each vacant position and usually the decision is published in the decision section of the NA Speaker.

It turns out that a council has not been formed, but it is not enough that a statement has been posted, and also references to expired decisions have been made. According to the last published statement, the deadline for the new tender was January 7, 2026, 2 days have passed since then, but neither the composition of the tender board is known nor the decisions of the non-existent board.

In addition, we should note that no one found out whether there was an applicant for the tender for the vacant position with the deadline of November 26, 2025 or not, because there is no such information on the National Assembly website. It should be noted that it is not excluded that, according to the custom, decisions will be published on a later date.
On December 4, the National Assembly discussed the issue of electing a member of the Corruption Prevention Commission. The tender board recommended Vahe Mkrtchyan's candidacy. The candidate was represented by Arusyak Julhakyan, who did not answer the question of deputies Khachatur Sukiasyan and Ruben Rubinyan, who was the other candidate and why Vahe Mkrtchyan was chosen.
