Russian tourists could not leave Armenia due to weather conditions and spent hours at the airport, reports Life, referring to Shot.

According to the Telegram channel, the Russians were supposed to leave Yerevan airport at night, but due to air pollution, their flight to Moscow was delayed until 19:00. Meanwhile, the employees of the airline, supposedly, could not establish contact with the passengers.

"According to the Russians, the employees did not provide food or water for seven hours and did not communicate," the publication reports.

After some time, the representatives of the airline called the passengers to leave the airport and promised to provide luxurious hotel rooms.

More than 150 Russians are waiting to return home. their flight was delayed for 16 hours. Passengers have already submitted complaints to the relevant authorities regarding the airline's activities.
