The delegation led by US Army Secretary Daniel Driscoll had a "disgusting" meeting with European officials on Friday, November 21, writes the British Financial Times newspaper.
"Ukraine is in a very bad situation. the best he can hope for is offered," the newspaper quoted the army minister as saying during a meeting in Kyiv at the residence of US Chargé d'Affaires in Ukraine Julie Davis.
Driscoll added that the US is not negotiating the details of the plan. He noted that Europe will only participate in the discussion of security guarantees during future discussions.
