In the last 24 hours, about 140 people in three provinces of Turkey were hospitalized with suspected food poisoning, HaberGlobal reports.
"Wedding guests fell ill after eating chicken pilaf and grape dolma in the Dolayli area of Trabzon province. About 100 wounded were hospitalized in Syrmene hospital and continue to be monitored. there is no life-threatening situation," the TV channel reported.
30 of the 45 participants of the memorial service in Haskavak village of Kastamonu province were hospitalized. The hospitalized people felt sick after eating chicken with pilaf and ayra.
Eight people were hospitalized with complaints of vomiting in Alapli district of Zonguldak province. "Hospitalized persons were diagnosed with food poisoning. They were guests at a wedding, where they were treated to chicken doners," the TV channel reported.
