Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will discuss Ankara's initiatives on resuming conflict resolution talks in Ukraine at a cabinet meeting on Monday, a Turkish diplomatic source told RIA Novosti.
Earlier, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated that the Russian-Ukrainian conflict is now close to being stopped, and a new round of negotiations cannot be ruled out.
"The Ukraine conflict and Ankara's mediation initiatives aimed at its settlement will be on the foreign policy agenda of today's cabinet meeting with President Tayyip Erdogan," the source of the agency said.
