The President of South Korea has announced the end of negotiations on customs duties with the United States

South Korean President Lee Jae-myung has announced the end of negotiations with the US on tariffs and security issues, following the publication of a joint briefing on the results of the summit held in Gyeongju on October 29.

"The information briefing has been completed, which includes the provisions agreed by the two countries at the two summits.

In August, another summit between South Korea and the United States was held in Washington, which concluded trade talks and security consultations," Lee Jae-myong said at a briefing. On November 14, the United States and the Republic of Korea issued a fact sheet reiterating the results of the summit.
