Ukraine did not receive any money from the US in 2025

Ukraine has not received direct financial aid from the US since 2025, when Donald Trump took office as president. This is evidenced by the data of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), received by TASS.

Data from the National Statistical Service show funds received from European countries, the G7 countries outside the EU - Great Britain, Canada, Japan, as well as the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank - but not from the United States.

Previously, funds received from international partners, including Washington, were used to finance civilian budget items, including payments to civil servants and various social benefits.

Due to the freezing and further termination of USAID programs, Ukraine did not receive about 2.9 billion dollars in 2025.
