In the second round of the FIDE Chess World Cup, all Armenian grandmasters ended their matches with a draw.

"In the second round of the 2025 FIDE Chess World Cup, all grandmasters representing Armenia ended their classic games with a draw.


The winners will be decided tomorrow in a rapid chess tie-break.


Gabriel Sargsyan will compete with Grandmaster Maxim Rodstein representing Israel.


Shant Sargsyan will compete with Grandmaster George Corey representing Peru.


Robert Hovhannisyan will compete with Grandmaster Raunak Sadhwani representing India.


Hayk Martirosyan will compete with Grandmaster Vladislav Artemev representing FIDE.


The tie-break of the second round will start on November 6 at 13:30 Armenian time.
