A new batch of Apache helicopters leased from the US Army has arrived in Poland, Polish Defense Minister Władysław Kosyniak-Kamish wrote about this on the X social platform.
"Our agreement with the US to lease a total of eight helicopters is being implemented in accordance with the terms," he wrote.
"This guarantees that the training of Polish troops will be conducted in accordance with the schedule. The use of such helicopters will allow to ensure proper training of the pilots and ground crew of the new Apache helicopters of the AH-64E version purchased for the Polish troops," the minister emphasized. The first of the leased helicopters was delivered to Warsaw in June of this year.
