Two tourists suspected of launching an unmanned flying device have been arrested in Norway

The Norwegian authorities have arrested a pair of Singapore to run a drone near the Akershus Castle of Oslo. They are deported, VG reports, citing the Oslo police.

"On Monday evening, an unmanned flying device has been arrested for illegally driving in Akershus Castle. The couple can be fined and confiscated. As foreign citizens, they can be deported, "the publication writes.

According to the VG, the elderly couple recently arrived in Norway, planning to spend a few weeks. The law enforcement agencies confiscated their drones, which are now checked to find out what tourists were shooting.

"Police have no doubt that this incident is connected with the unmanned aerial vehicles near Oslo and Copenhagen airports," the newspaper writes.

On Tuesday, the Norwegian TV channel reported that Oslo's airport stopped operating for several hours due to unmanned aerial vehicles, but the police could not confirm whether the illuminated objects were drones or not.
