Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said he needs to see how the agreement reached between Armenia and Azerbaijan acquired in the United States will actually be operating, noting that the initial excited screams behind the sceptica.
"We need to see how the agreement between Baku and Yerevan will operate, as all the excited reviews heard after the first few days after the meeting in Washington have been replaced by skeptical assessments when the document was published.
And, as it turns out, it is not agreed upon everything around it, "Lavrov said during a meeting with MGIMO students and lecturers.
He noted that the agreement signed between Baku and Yerevan has arisen between the Presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan and Yerevan on the basis of 2020-2022 agreements.
