As a result of operative measures and investigations in the General Crime of Central Crime, the Central Criminal Police of the Central Criminal Police, 30 people were arrested on "Legalized Theft", to support the activities of the "criminal community" and other articles. Two people were charged remotely. Police have been taken in Tbilisi, Samtskhe-Javakheti, Imereti and Kakheti.
According to Jnews.ge, the investigation found that individuals accused of criminal crimes took part in the solution of financial disputes between citizens, and made decisions in favor of one of the parties, followed the so-called thieves, and imposed on the other side to pay money. In case of violation of the established terms, they threatened with physical violence and death.
The investigation also found out that the so-called "thief thief" Tengiz Shengiz Khoperia, a nickname, has participated in so-called thieves accounts, accused and disputing parties.
Police have searched for accused homes and apartments, confiscuring phenomena, ammunition and money. The mobile phones of the defendants were also confiscated, which they used each other and to communicate with the Georgian "thieves in law".
Crimes are punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
