Wildberries online store has launched a new opportunity for its customers, exchange or resell the products that were previously purchased from the same platform. This was reported by TASS, citing the press service of Wildberries and RUSs.
"The company has opened the opportunity to sell products to each other for all customers of Marketple. The C2C (Customer-to-Customer) service is available at the moment, through the Wildberries website and mobile application, "the statement said.
According to the company, users can post announcements for the resale of goods purchased in Wildberries and find buyers right inside the platform. These products are collected in the new section, called "Resale".
Payment for reselling goods is made separately from the usual purchases of Market Phase, and only 100% prepayment. The product ordered by the buyers can take from the service point of the Wildberries of them.
With this step, the company contributes to stable consumption and the development of the second market, creating a new direct sale mechanism between customers.
