"We don't care about what others say, we are interested in Armenia's position," said Iranian consul, Abeddin Varamin, referring to Armenia's relations and security.
The consul said that RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a telephone conversation with the President of Iran. According to him, the Armenian side assured that "the border with Iran and the red line will be preserved."
He stressed that the border between Armenia and Iran has a history of thousands of years and is considered to be "a company and solidarity border."
Speaking about regional security, the consul said that it was transferred from the Armenian side, "no military attaché will be on the border." He added that Iran will have permanent control and influence on that border, the consul said.
