European countries will not recognize a solution to the Ukrainian conflict, which implies territorial concessions in favor of Russia, as they do not want to allow it to be strengthened, and the Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk told reporters.
"The Russian authorities must understand that the West and European countries will not accept Russian conditions," Tusk said at a press conference on TVP Info. The politician explained that we are talking about possible territorial concessions by Ukraine.
"We cannot allow Russia to get out of this war stronger," he added. Tusk also stressed that the issue of territorial exchange between Moscow and Kiev cannot be discussed without Ukraine.
On August 8, US President Donald Trump announced that Washington offers territorial concessions by Kiev as a return to some Ukrainian regions under Russian control over Russia.
In this regard, the head of the US administration warned that "Volodimir Zellensky should be ready to sign something."
