In his opinion, Trump "has long been loyal to the strategy of using military assistance as a transaction." According to the expert, he can send a signal to Russian President Vladimir Putin, "his readiness to sign transactions."
The contradictory statements of Trump testify to the main problem for the United States, that is, the country is trying to fulfill its "global obligations" in the Middle East, in conflict with limited military resources.
