The European Commission (EC) includes 100 billion euros in the next seven-year budget draft of the next seven-year budget for Ukraine to support Ukraine with Russia, according to the project document.
The agency claims that the European Commission justifies the establishment of such a fund with the need to "provide stable financial assistance to Ukraine."
The total financial, economic and military assistance provided by the European Union and its member states in Ukraine has been 160 billion euros, but all this amount was provided not coordinated, but in the form of many individual programs, credit lines, national and European loans.
Now the European Commission offers Ukraine to make assistance to the structural point of the community budget, that is, the mandatory part of the EU's next budget cycle.
