Former Vice President of the Hunan State Committee of the Chinese People's Party (KNC) Dai Dahojin's case was published on Tuesday in the Central People's Court of China, Guandun.
"Defendant Dai Afeli has been sentenced to the corruption of the death penalty with a two-year delay, with lifers of political rights and confiscation of all personal property," the statement said.
In addition, the property acquired by the official and the income obtained by the official must be transferred to the state treasury, and in the case of the shortcoming, they will be subject to further collection.
According to the TV channel, the court found that Dai Afelzin used his official position to various positions for selfish purposes, "illegally acknowledged more than 107 million yuan (about $ 14.9 million) financial and material assets."
