Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi had a telephone conversation with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaya Callas.
The parties discussed the situation in the region.
"The attack on peaceful nuclear facilities is completely illegal and is prohibited by international law, and the international community is obliged to hold a responsibility for this dangerous and unprecedented violation of the law," the Iranian Foreign Minister wrote.
Argeri criticized the resolution adopted on the Iranian Nuclear Program in Iran's nuclear program recently.
EU Foreign Representative to express deep regrets over escalation of tensions in the region and stressed "the European readiness to support diplomatic efforts" to reduce tensions in the region and peace and security restoration.
