In Belgium, unknown individuals stabbed his mother and daughter from Ukraine, then set them on the house, VRT reported.
"Lyoven's court has launched a double murder investigation after the fire in Haasrodya this morning. The 46-year-old mother from the Ukrainian family and her six-year daughter have been died at home, "the text reads.
It is noted that the two casualties have received a knife wounds, and the fire at home intentionally broke out. Before the rescuers arrived, the mother was already dead, they tried to revive the girl, but to no avail. The son of the deceased was at school at that moment.
The family has lived in Belgium over the past three years. It is noted that the husband of the deceased is fighting by the Ukrainian Armed Forces and is on the front.
