According to a statement by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, a statement came from Turkish-Russian-Ukraine trilateral meeting in Istanbul. Fidan noted that the meeting was held in a constructive atmosphere, then added that the parties had taken one step ahead of which they had already agreed during the first meeting.
The Turkish minister said that the parties agreed to exchange for humanitarian exchange, new categories and more captives.
According to him, the parties handed over to each other the memorandums of the ceasefire and their vision of peace and found it expedient to start works on these documents in the coming days.
