Ukraine's armed forces may receive 1.8 million projects on the initiative of the Czech Republic

Ukraine, as part of the Czech initiative in 2024, could receive 1.8 million artillery by the end of the year. The President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel stated this at a joint press conference with Vladimir Zelenski in the castle in Prague.

"11 countries are financially supported by the initiative. By the end of the year, 1.8 million shells can be supplied, "he said.

According to him, there are enough funds to achieve this goal, and the possibility of buying ammunition for next year is being discussed if the conflict in Ukraine continues. Pavel has been in favor of a speedy settlement of the conflict and emphasize that "peace must be fair to Ukraine." Now everything depends on the position of the Russian Federation.
