Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrei Sibegan, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaya Callas reported on the agreement signed on subsoil resources with the United States yesterday.
"I have informed my partner about the signing of the US-Ukrainian Investment Fund for Reconstruction," he said at Sibegh x.
This morning, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine published the text of the agreement with the United States. The document, in particular, said that if the Kiev should take additional obligations in connection with EU membership after the signing, "the parties must hold conscientious consultations and negotiations."
