Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Khael has called on the whole world to join the celebration of Victory Day. This was stated by the National Assembly of the National Assembly of the People's Power of the Cuba Ana Maria Marie Machado at the plenary session of the "Great Heritage for the Common Future" International Forum of the Union State.

On April 28-29, the Great Heritage, General Future International Forum is being held in Volgograd, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War.
