South Africa calls on all aspects of the Ukrainian conflict unconditionally to start further negotiations. The statement came from South African President Siril Ramafosan during a joint press conference in South Africa, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, reports that RIA Novosti reported.
"We call on all parties to both Russia and Ukraine to unconditionally stop the fire in order to start discussions and negotiations," he said.
Raghephosa stressed that South Africa supports all current efforts to reach a comprehensive ceasefire.
