Human Rights Defender Anahit Manasyan and the National Assembly Standing Committee on Human Rights and Public Affairs held a discussion in the National Assembly regarding the normalization of public noise. This is reported by the Ombudsman's Office.
NA deputies took part in the discussion, lecturers of the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University, representatives of the staff of the NA Staff and the NA staff.
Project settings were presented, in connection with which the parties presented observations and suggestions.
In his speech, the Defender noted that this discussion has been held on March 21 as a barrier to the preservation of coexistence, current legal regulations. The continuation of parliamentary hearings on "legislative solutions" is the continuation of the parliamentary hearings.
"Although the problem with the unacceptable level of the noise does not often become a subject of human rights to the basic human rights, as the right to human health, both the person's right to health and the immunity of the privacy and ill treatment.
