In March, Wall Street Journal said that Trump's administration wants to sign an agreement with Ukraine, which will allow Washington to control control over natural resources and infrastructure projects.
The draft agreement contains a limited liability partnership, a proposal to establish an investment fund of US-Ukraine reconstruction.
The foundation must receive privileged rights to all Ukraine's natural resources and all infrastructure projects for which country is looking for investors.
