The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran touched upon the meeting of Washington and Tehran on April 11 in Oman. Ali Khamenei noted that Tehran is neither too optimistic nor pessimism in the negotiation issue.
"Of course, we are pessimistic about the American side, but we are optimistic when we are talking about our opportunities," he said.
According to Khamenei, former mistakes related to the nuclear deal should not be repeated.
The Iranian Foreign Ministry said that the second round of indirect negotiations between Tehran and Washington will also take place in Oman on April 19.
