EU institutions and Kaya Callas are not part of the planning process of the possible deployment of Ukraine after the ceasefire, the British Defense Minister John Heli said.
The Minister made the relevant statement at the press conference following the NATO Conference on the Supply of the NATO Contact Group, which was first held under the joint chairmanship of Germany and Great Britain.
"Kaya Callas is a great European leader, but the EU is not involved in planning within the coalition of those who wanted to do," said Hel, when the journalists pointed out the contradiction of the words of him and Callas.
Heli said the mission planning process in Ukraine
It is not even clear that the possible presence of Western troops in Ukraine is not yet clear.
On April 10, Callas said that a number of NATO countries are ready to take part in the mission in Ukraine, while others do not.
