The European Union cannot provide Ukraine with enough weapons and ammunition, so it intends to invest in Ukraine's defense industry, writes The Washington Post.

"I think that the realization that Europe is not capable of producing the weapons that Ukraine needs is starting to become apparent, and the easiest way for the Ukrainians is to do it themselves.
