According to Hajizadeh, paragraph 9 of the Tripartite Declaration clearly states Armenia's obligations regarding the opening of communications and the manner in which the control of transport communications will be organized.
The spokesperson of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry also made groundless accusations against the Armenian side and claimed that there are no more Armenian prisoners of war and hostages in Azerbaijan.
