In Yerevan, real estate prices have fallen, and in the regions increased. Cab

In January 2025, compared to January 2024, real estate prices in Yerevan decreased. Martin Galstyan, Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia, stated this at a meeting with journalists.

According to him, the number of transactions has decreased in Yerevan.

Galstyan noted that December was a peak month and it was due to the background of the completion of the income tax return program to compensate mortgage loans, to complete the purchase and sale deal.

The chairman of the Central Bank also noted that real estate prices are growing in the regions, unlike Yerevan, where prices are stabilized.

"It can be assumed that fears about sharp fluctuations in the real estate market were premature," he said.
