Today, October 12, a major car accident took place in Yerevan. Around 00:10, the Yerevan regiment of the Police Patrol Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs received operational information that a car accident occurred at the intersection of Moskovyan-Abovyan streets. As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, the patrols of the 1st company of the 2nd battalion of the Yerevan regiment of the RA MIA Police Patrol Service, led by battalion commander Aram Dadoyan and deputy battalion commander Artak Siradeghyan, arrived at the scene.

It was found that under unknown circumstances, the Tesla car left the roadway, collided with the iron barrier on the sidewalk, broke it, went forward and appeared on the steps of the underground passage and in the pedestrian area, also breaking the pedestrian sign.

Before the patrols and rescuers arrived, according to the operational information received in the patrol service, 2 people, 18-19-year-old boys, got out of the car and left the scene.
