Iran is forming a united front of allies against Israel amid the worsening situation in the Middle East. Bloomberg writes about this.
“Tehran, in addition to threatening an aggressive response to any strikes, is making diplomatic efforts to secure all possible regional support and form a united front against Israeli military actions in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon,” the publication said.
It is noted that Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi went on a tour this week and met with Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman. He also visited Qatar, which has often acted as a mediator between Tehran and Washington, and more recently between Israel and Hamas.
