US President Donald Trump realizes the need to restore relations with Russia and does not consider it a vivid attempt to isolate it.

He stressed that Trump considers the Ukrainian crisis "both in terms of human and American strategy". "The wider strategy that Trump carries out in this conflict is based on the United States must restore its relations with Russia," he said in an online seminar organized by the US Foreign Relations Council.
