French President Emanuel Makron expressed hope that US President Donald Trump would be able to make customs duties on European goods, and on the evening of March 5, 2006.
The French leader has stated that he hopes to persuade the US President and to hold back customs duties on the EU. "I have asked the Prime Minister to make suggestions, taking into account this new context," Makron added.
