Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has announced his willingness to discuss the Ukrainian conflict, according to RIA Novosti, President of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko said on Thursday.

Matvienko is on the official visit to Turkey on February 26-27. On Thursday, he met with Erdogan.

"Turkey really makes efforts, and I thanked the President for it to find a peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. They are ready to provide their platform at any time, "Matvienko told reporters.
