The attempts of the US administration to keep a wedge in relations between China and the Russian Federation are absolutely unsuccessful. The statement came from Chinese Foreign Ministry Representative Le Jian.
"China-Russian relations will make calm progress, regardless of serious changes in the international situation, the attempts to wedge between China and the Russian Federation in relations," he said, commenting on US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
"China and Russia's development strategies and foreign policy are designed for long-term prospects," he added.
