French President Emanuel Mcron has decided to convene a second meeting on Ukraine, as it is "full hysteria" about negotiations between Russia and the United States. This opinion was shared in an interview with German political scientist Alexander Rar in the newspaper.
According to him, Makron wanted to quickly create a European army with London and Berlin, but his plans collapsed.
"It is obvious that the Europeans have already been restored by the shock of the Munich Security Conference, realizing that the road to confrontation with the United States is nowhere to anywhere. Only Makron does not realize that yet, "said Rahr.
The political scientist added that instead of helping the settlement of the conflict, the French President tries to sharpen confrontation on the Ukrainian side. Yesterday, Reuters, referring to the French Foreign Ministry sources, said that Emanuel Makron has organized the second meeting of the European Union, as well as Canadian leaders in Paris.
The topic of discussion was the same as the development of actions united against the background of active promotion of peace talks by the United States. This time, unlike the first meeting, Norway, Canada, the Baltic states, the Czech Republic, Greece, Finland, Romania, Sweden and Belgium will be invited.
