In Lebanon, after the escalation of the conflict with Israel, 1974 people were killed by IDF strikes, local media reported with reference to the Minister of Health of the Arab country, Firas Abdyad.

"The total number of victims of the Israeli aggression against Lebanon was 1,974 people killed and 9,384 wounded, including 127 children, 261 women and 97 people from medical and emergency teams," he said.

Abdyad also added that the IDF strikes damaged dozens of medical centers.
