At today's February 6 sitting, the government approved the procedure for further management and protection of museum museums stopped.
The decision notification states that in case of reorganization or termination of museums, the joint procedure is still missing.
Therefore, in such situations, the further management of museum objects, to ensure their proper protection and security it is necessary to establish a unified procedure.
The purpose of this decision is to regulate the legal relations related to the state-owned museum collections of the Republic of Armenia in case of termination of the activity.
