Let's remind that Arshak Hakobyan was charged with intentionally concealing particularly large property subject to declaration under Article 314.3, Part 2 of the RA Criminal Code (two episodes) and Article 190, Part 3, 1 and 3 of the RA Criminal Code. with the characteristics of legalization of particularly large-sized property obtained through criminal means provided for in clauses.
