The Armenian American Committee has launched a pan-colonial campaign calling on the US Export-Import Bank (EXIM) to deny a $100 million financial guarantee to Azerbaijan's Silk Way Airlines for the purchase of Boeing cargo planes.
According to the commission, this funding will enable Aliyev's regime to acquire dual-purpose aircraft, facilitating the illegal supply of weapons to Azerbaijan. a country widely condemned for its genocidal policies against the Armenian population of Artsakh and its ongoing aggression against the Republic of Armenia.
This was reported by the central office of the ARF Bureau of Hay Dat. On January 10, EXIM Bank announced that it had received Boeing's application for a final loan commitment exceeding $100 million.
Public comments on this proposal can be submitted until 2025. February 7, after which EXIM's Board of Directors will consider the application to grant the bid.

According to the Hay Dat Committee, the provision of such aircraft to Azerbaijan violates American legislation, including the export of dual-purpose products, undermines regional peace efforts and provides Azerbaijan with an additional military advantage.
Closely linked to the Aliyev regime, Silk Way Airlines has been implicated in numerous international investigations, including by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), for transporting illegal weapons used in the Freedom House attacks on Artsakh These actions documented by and other watchdog organizations demonstrate Azerbaijan's intent to systematically erase Armenian heritage and presence in the region.
