An increase in global housing prices is expected in 2025. Euronews

According to Fitch Ratings, global housing prices are expected to rise in the next two years.writes Euronews.

"In most countries, nominal house prices will increase in the low to mid-single digit percentage range over the next two years," the Housing and Mortgage Outlook 2025 said.

Prices are rising as housing supply cannot keep up with demand in many countries, the Fitch report said.

Demand has been buoyed by low unemployment, rising real wages and falling inflation, leaving buyers with more disposable income.
