Moscow has a clear political will to solve the problems in the relations between Russia and Armenia. This was stated by Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin at the 9th Armenian-Russian Health Forum in Yerevan, writes Sputnik.
"The forum is taking place at a very crucial time and our relations are going through a difficult phase of testing their strength, and in these conditions it is very important for us to preserve what unites us, but it is also important to raise the interaction to a new level and adapt to new realities." - said the Russian diplomat.
