As APA reports, this was announced by Azerbaijan's Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov at the event "The main obstacles to signing a peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia".
"One of the main obstacles to the signing of the peace treaty is the territorial claims contained in the Constitution of Armenia against Azerbaijan."
